Scissors, thread mold
The scissor blade is made of high-frequency welded tungsten steel, and the blade undergoes quenching simultaneously through high frequency, enhancing its hardness.
The scissors and wire molds on the multi-station cold heading machine, as well as the mold shells, are uniformly made of mold steel H13 with a hardness of 46-48 degrees, while the tungsten steel inlay has a hardness of 91 degrees, making it more wear-resistant.
